We are currently looking for an Office Manager to join a boutique Finance company based in the West End. This is a contract that will start in August and will be paying 40-45k depending on experience. The hours are 8-5.30 and this position is based on the Reception desk. This company offers a positive working culture, team socials and an international presence.
The role:
- Maintain full oversight of office supplies, stationery, and consumables; manage stock levels, place orders, and maintain the supplies.
- Ensure accounts are up to date with reception orders such as florists, newsagents etc.
- Monitor daily housekeeping and the evening cleaning team; coordinate biannual deep cleans and window cleaning; oversee Nespresso machine maintenance and pod collections.
- Manage locker allocation, office floor plan updates, and workstation preparation for overseas visitors and new starters.
- Check and upload invoices.
- Coordinate internal and external events end-to-end, including social events, team gatherings, and the annual Corporate Challenge (London & Singapore).
- Draft and distribute all London communications including café menus, office updates, building notices etc.

- Self-starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities, maintains high standards, and acts as a key point of contact for staff, visitors, and service providers alike.
