The Role
- Provide essential support to fee earners in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of administrative and legal tasks, including:
- Audio/copy typing and document production
- Proofreading and formatting legal documents
- Managing dictation and correspondence
- Supporting Land Registry applications and post-completion work
- File opening/closing and compliance
- Preparing sales packs, reports, and client communications
- Diary management, meetings, and general team support
- Assisting with billing, payments, and credit control
About You
- Previous Legal Secretary experience (Commercial Property essential)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player
