Working closely with both Payroll and HR teams, you’ll play a key role in supporting the payroll process by ensuring employee information is accurate, up to date, and processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Processing new starters and ensuring all employee records are set up accurately
- Supporting payroll preparation by maintaining accurate payroll data
- Responding to employee queries relating to pay, benefits, holiday entitlement, and payroll administration
- Supporting HR and payroll compliance and maintaining accurate employee records
- Assisting with payroll administration tasks in the lead-up to each payroll
- An understanding of payroll processes and employee lifecycle administration
- Previous payroll administration experience, preferably within HR
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems
