The Role

  • Event coordination — logistics, venues, schedules, materials, and ensuring flawless execution
  • Operational support across programmes, membership activities and internal processes
  • Hands‑on involvement in live events, often interacting with senior business leaders
  • Supplier and venue liaison
  • Process and workflow improvement — tightening systems and working smarter
  • Administrative support including documentation, scheduling and data management
  • Cross‑team collaboration to ensure seamless delivery across all touchpoints
