Our client is a modern, fast paced creative fashion business with bright, buzzy offices. They are seeking a Team Assistant to join their high energy support function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 6-12 months’ experience in an administrative or runner style role who is keen to build a long term career as a PA or EA.

You’ll be working closely with highly experienced assistants (with backgrounds across different industries) giving you hands on exposure, mentorship and the chance to learn the ropes of high level support.

The Role

  • Team support across a fast moving creative office
  • Catering coordination — ordering, setting up, managing refreshments for meetings and shoots
  • Running errands & collecting items around the office and locally
  • Hands on operational support to keep the day running smoothly
  • Covering reception & office management duties during annual leave
  • Supporting the PA to the CEO & Founder, gaining exposure to both PA and EA level tasks
  • As trust builds: travel booking, diary management, project support, research and more

About You

  • 6-12 months’ experience in an admin or support role
  • Keen to build a career as a PA/EA
  • Bright, proactive and switched on & you notice what needs doing before being asked
  • Calm, confident and adaptable in a busy, creative setting
  • Happy with hands on tasks (errands, collections, etc.) as part of the role
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional manner
  • Organised, detail driven and reliable
  • Thrives in a buzzy, modern, fashion vibe office
