We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-quality, proactive support to senior leaders. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and confidence managing complex diaries, international travel, and sensitive documentation.

You'll work as part of a centralised EA team (five EAs in total), collaborating closely to ensure seamless coverage and consistent standards across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive-level diary, inbox, and meeting management
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating complex meetings and international travel
  • Preparing and handling confidential documents and correspondence
  • Providing team cover, expense processing, and general administrative support
About You:
  • Proven Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial or professional services
  • Strong diary and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, discreet, and detail-oriented
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Calm, proactive, and collaborative under pressure
