The Role
- Providing seamless executive support to the CEO
- Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and executive priorities
- Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a small team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers
- Coordinating board meetings, leadership meetings and key business activities
- Managing confidential correspondence and executive communications
- Supporting strategic projects and ensuring key priorities remain on track
- Driving efficiencies and maintaining high standards across the executive support function
