A highly respected consultancy firm based in the West End is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to join their team on an initial 3-6 month contract. Supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role will suit someone who thrives on being organised, proactive and one step ahead at all times. The Role

  • Providing high-level support to senior executives and leadership teams
  • Complex diary management across multiple schedules and time zones
  • Coordinating meetings, presentations and client-facing appointments
  • Organising travel, itineraries and expenses
  • Managing inboxes and prioritising correspondence
  • Preparing documentation, reports and meeting materials
  • Liaising confidently with clients and senior external stakeholders
  • Supporting internal projects, events and team coordination
  • Assisting with wider business administration as required

About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within consultancy, professional services or corporate environments
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional, polished and confident communicating at senior level
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
