C-Suite Board level EA required for an international City charity. We are seeking a C-Suite Senior level EA with extensive Board level experience to support an international CEO.
Responsibilities include:
- Diary management and international travel arrangements
- Inbox management
- Taking minutes and preparing Board papers
- Preparing presentations and circulating minutes
- Assisting with organising company team away days and international events
A key element to this role is arranging complex international travel. A can-do attitude is required as well as advanced IT skills. Knowledge of languages is also highly desirable, as well as C-Suite experience within a global FTSE 100 firm. Immediate start for the right candidate!
