An innovative venture capital client is seeking an Associate to support with closing funds and investor relations efforts.

This London-based role will be shaping investor communications, managing LP relationships, and building the firm’s brand across the global venture capital ecosystem.

The successful candidate will work closely with the dynamic Managing Partners, assisting with developing marketing materials, support ESG and PR initiatives, and coordinate external events.

Occasional travel within Europe will be required.

Key responsibilities include: managing all aspects of investor engagement from preparing fundraising materials and supporting Partner-led meetings to maintaining LP databases and drafting bespoke investor communications. The Associate will also oversee the planning and execution of semi-annual investor meetings in London and Europe contribute to the firm’s public relations strategy, and support legal, compliance, and reporting requirements. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with exposure to the full venture capital fundraising lifecycle.
The chosen candidate will need to be a high achieving self starter with a strong academic background and be a strong communicator with a proactive mindset and minimum two years experience in investor relations, capital markets, or fundraising within venture capital, private equity, or related sectors.
