We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to join a well-known company in the heart of London. You’ll work at the heart of the organisation, supporting senior leadership with strategic priorities, governance activities, and high‑level communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO and Leadership Team
- Manage complex diaries, calendars and meeting schedules
- Coordinate Board and committee meetings, including preparing and distributing high-quality board papers and supporting governance processes
- Draft speeches, correspondence and responses
- Support senior leaders with governance, legal and organisational priorities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining absolute confidentiality and professionalism
- Contribute to organisational improvement projects, including supporting the implementation and adoption of AI‑powered workplace technologies
About You
- Previous experience supporting C‑suite executives in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to draft high‑quality correspondence and executive‑level documents
- Strong organisational skills with experience managing complex diaries and competing priorities
- Experience supporting Board meetings and governance processes is highly desirable
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with excellent attention to detail
