A global client is seeking a proactive Health & Safety Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an administrative, coordination-focused role supporting property compliance and safety requirements.
The Role:
- Booking Landlord Gas Safety Certificates
- Arranging Domestic Electrical Installation Condition Reports
- Coordinating Portable Appliance Testing
- Liaising with tenants and contractors to schedule works
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation
