A highly respected consultancy firm based in the West End is seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to join their team on an initial 3–6 month contract. Supporting senior leadership within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this role will suit someone who thrives on being organised, proactive and one step ahead at all times. The Role
- Providing high-level support to senior executives and leadership teams
- Complex diary management across multiple schedules and time zones
- Coordinating meetings, presentations and client-facing appointments
- Organising travel, itineraries and expenses
- Managing inboxes and prioritising correspondence
- Preparing documentation, reports and meeting materials
- Liaising confidently with clients and senior external stakeholders
- Supporting internal projects, events and team coordination
- Assisting with wider business administration as required
About You
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within consultancy, professional services or corporate environments
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Professional, polished and confident communicating at senior level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to use initiative
- A collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable approach
