A leading FTSE 100 client is seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to the CEO. The role involves building strategic partnerships with stakeholders, managing extensive diary commitments, board meeting preparation, and coordinating international travel. The EA will ensure the smooth running of the C-suite office and act as the first point of contact. The role also contributes to company-wide initiatives through project and communications support, working closely with the Chief of Staff as part of a unified team supporting the CEO.
