An international charitable foundation is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Team from their London office. The organisation focuses on strategic partnerships with governments. This is a fast-paced, internationally focused role requiring excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness and the ability to manage complex global logistics.
The Role:
- Provide EA support to the CEO and Team
- Coordinate complex international travel, including visas, itineraries and logistics
- Manage diaries across multiple time zones
- Organise international board meetings, including travel and accommodation for board members
- Prepare and coordinate board packs
- Arrange meetings and events with senior stakeholders, including government officials
- Work closely with two other Executive Assistants to ensure smooth team support
About You:
- Experience managing complex international travel and logistics
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Professional, culturally aware and confident working with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, energetic and solutions-focused
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Comfortable working in a collaborative EA team and being flexible when needed

- Office-based, Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)
- Flexibility required to respond outside of hours when necessary
