Our client, an innovative tech business, is looking for upbeat and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Care team on an immediate temporary basis. The Role- Handling inbound customer calls and email queries from existing customers
- Supporting customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues
- Managing calls ranging from quick queries to more in-depth problem-solving conversations
- Delivering a friendly, solutions-focused customer experience
- Updating systems accurately with customer notes and outcomes
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
