9-10 month contract.
Working as part of a team alongside an existing Document Services Coordinator, the role is to oversee the smooth operation of the transcript production function to ensure that all hearing transcripts are produced and delivered swiftly and to a high standard.
The role will involve a combination of administration, coordination, and liaising with other departments to ensure a first-class service is provided.
Strong communication skills are essential, along with experience in managing a process within professional services. The candidate should have experience liaising with barristers and legal practices. An undergraduate degree in Linguistics or an English-based discipline is essential, with a strong understanding of the English language, both written and spoken.
A fast learner with a genuine interest in technology is advantageous.
This is a hybrid role, with working hours on a rota basis between 9:30 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
