We’re looking for a polished and service-driven Client Experience Assistant to deliver a high-end, hospitality-led experience to clients in a premium office environment. This role is client-facing and varied, working closely with a front-of-house team and reporting to the General Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Handle day-to-day client and administrative requests with a professional, personal approach (mail, supplies, taxis, hotels, restaurants)
- Support client move-ins and move-outs, coordinating with design, IT, facilities, and onboarding teams (training provided)
- Assist with bespoke office design projects and show office set-ups
- Organise and support client events and concierge-style experiences
- Track monthly client spend and support the finance team
- Conduct regular building checks to maintain exceptional standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client and hospitality experience
About You
- At least 1 year’s experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- Well-presented, professional, and confident representing a premium brand
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Adaptable and comfortable with ad hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Experience using a CRM system (preferred)
