An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Support Manager to join a leading technology business on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supporting the CEO, this is a high-profile role that combines first-class executive support with the leadership of a small team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership and can confidently build relationships with stakeholders at every level.

The Role

  • Providing seamless executive support to the CEO
  • Managing complex diaries, travel arrangements and executive priorities
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and senior stakeholders
  • Leading, mentoring and supporting a small team of Executive Assistants and Office Managers
  • Coordinating board meetings, leadership meetings and key business activities
  • Managing confidential correspondence and executive communications
  • Supporting strategic projects and ensuring key priorities remain on track
  • Driving efficiencies and maintaining high standards across the executive support function

About You

  • Extensive experience supporting CEO or C-suite executives
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring Executive Assistants or business support teams
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, forward-thinking and able to anticipate business needs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Professional, discreet and confident handling highly confidential information
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A collaborative leader who enjoys developing and supporting others
