Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Admin / Operations Coordinator to support the team. This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative roles, and is confident interacting with high-level professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive minute-taking from audio tapes dictated by senior leadership (several per week)
- Email management & archiving – ensuring a clear and organised inbox system
- Meet & greet duties/FOH
- Preparing drinks, managing meeting rooms and coordinating board meeting bookings
- Managing office supplies
- Providing consistent, dependable support
