Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site staff, including Client Experience Assistants, cleaners, maintenance, and contractors.
- Ensure balanced task distribution and smooth daily operations.
- Lead regular 1:1s, set goals, and support individual development plans.
- Coordinate and document daily team briefings.
- Manage rotas, authorise leave, and track team absences.
- Act as Centre Manager when required.
- Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and hospitality throughout the Centre.
