A busy and collaborative business is seeking a proactive Team Assistant to join them on an ongoing temporary basis with potential to become permanent. Based in a professional office environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a positive, hands-on attitude who enjoys variety and being at the centre of a team.
The Role
- Answering calls and meeting/greeting visitors
- Coordinating meeting rooms and office set-up
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
- Organising travel, conferences and accommodation
- Supporting with presentations and team administration
- Assisting with mailshots and communications
- Booking taxis, restaurants and couriers
- Providing day-to-day support across the wider team
