We are representing a Global FTSE listed energy firm currently looking for a dynamic, highly organised, forward thinking experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 level support to the CFO who has long tenure within the business, is intelligent and driven.
You will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the CFO’s day-to-day business activities including extensive diary, travel management, arranging high level meetings with stakeholders and SLT, event management, creating high level presentations, coordinating Board meetings with relevant paperwork and representing the CFO professionally at all times in meetings, helping him to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation.
The ability to work independently, with professionalism and confidentiality are key as you will be working closely with those within the senior leadership team. The organisation is fast paced and ever changing; a similar mind-set is key.
The position is full time primarily based in the London headquarters with some opportunity to work from home, there will also be occasional travel to other offices across the group.
The ideal candidate will have extensive senior level C-Suite Executive Assistant experience ideally at CFO/Board/Group Executive level, a solid career history from a global/international firm / FTSE listed company. Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills are needed.
