Seeking a highly-organised candidate to support the directors of the business, a huge franchise of restaurants across the UK. The ideal person will have experience looking after C-Suite professionnals in both business and personnal tasks.

The role:

  • Diary/calendar management, meeting scheduling

  • Switchboard and inbox management; to a professional standard. Utilising One Drive to sort and file correspondance and important documents.

  • Travel arrangements across the UK

  • Report/documents prep for directors

  • Minute taking/ market research/compliation of data and assisting on projects

  • Errands such as booking personnal appointments; taxis or cars; expenses

  • Daily use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
