This is an involved role with incredible salary potential for a highly experienced, proactive Facilities Manager to join a leading international Investment Firm situated in Mayfair, London.
The role will suit a down-to-earth person with ample common sense, a warm personality to fit with the friendly core team at the firm.
The office hours are 7.30am to 5.30pm 5 days per week. This is not a hybrid role.
Dependant on experience, this role could pay from £60 up to £90k for the perfect person!
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a Facilities Manager role, with a proven record in both operations and team leadership.
Organisational skills, time management and the ability to work to deadlines are all must-haves!
The candidate must also demonstrate capacity to manage a large workload, work independently with minimal supervision and foster a positive working environment from direct reports., * Facilities Management
