Our prestigious finance/investment client, is seeking an experienced Team PA, to join their small family feel office of 5pp, located in Mayfair. The role will be busy and broad , provided full support to the senior executives, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset. Duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling email correspondence – as well as being capable of drafting documents, preparing materials for meetings and assisting with day-to-day operational tasks.
A strong sense of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting multiple people at senior level, gained from financial services and where they have also utilised their Spanish language. An excellent command of English is also essential.
