A fast-paced PA role providing support to a Partner and the wider team. Located in Mayfair, this role is extremely fast-paced.
The priority is to provide support to the Partner with overflow support to the team of 10 in London – all pretty self-sufficient, but they need someone who will be happy to muck in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management, including researching and preparing itineraries.
- Managing expenses, particularly related to hospitality.
- Providing support on slide decks when necessary.
- Up to 30% private support, mostly involving booking dinners, theatre, medical appointments, etc.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a PA, enjoying this role without looking to progress—perhaps just seeking a change of scenery or a new challenge in a new company.
We are looking for someone with lots of initiative who enjoys a fast-paced classic role, able to prioritize with superb attention to detail, a one-step-ahead attitude, and a team player mentality. The candidate should be flexible, client-facing, and articulate, confident and engaging.
Must be happy being office-based five days a week.
