A very exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic Fintech firm based in central London. Looking to recruit an Operations and People Specialist/Coordinator to work alongside and report into the Operational Lead. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative team in helping to manage the London based office (currently 15pl).
You will be carrying out a wide variety of operational, office management, CRM/IT management related tasks, as well as organise events and off-sites, assist with EA/Team support, HR, stakeholder, investor management, and work alongside the Lead in helping to source a new office in New York including international travel.
A superb opportunity to grow, mould, and develop the role in making it your own by coming up with ideas, and implementing new systems. Looking for a candidate who has a wide variety of skills and experience on both the operational/people/HR admin and support side. Any exposure to the financial industry would be hugely beneficial but not essential.
Person fit is key - flexible, naturally organised, a people-person, adaptable, with meticulous attention to detail and used to working to a fast pace. Working alongside a very positive, collaborative, and successful team offering a huge amount of scope, progression, and development in the role.
