Excellent opportunity to join a professional, collaborative Private Equity company located in the West End.

Our client is urgently seeking a fluent Italian speaking PA to support at C suite level. Responsibilities include providing classic support, managing diaries, arranging international travel, processing expenses, handling correspondence, drafting communications, preparing reports, and assisting in the preparation of presentations and documentation.

This is a busy and varied role requiring a strong communicator with the ability to multi-task, a team player with a one-step-ahead attitude, and a flexible, engaging, and self-motivated individual.

PA experience gained from professional services, finance, consultancy, etc. is essential.

Office based 5 days a week, 9-6pm.
