Our investment UHNW client is currently seeking an experienced German speaking Private PA. Based in their Mayfair office, they will work independently looking after the Principal and his wife, with some overflow support for their two college/uni age children.
Hours: 9-5.30pm. The main focus of the role is to provide all the administrative and organisational support regarding their properties in the USA (paying tax etc.) along with the Principal's car collection (taxing, servicing etc.). The Principal's HQ is in Germany but he resides in London, renting a significant property in Mayfair and requires his PA to liaise with the property/maintenance manager ensuring everything is working and problems are solved immediately.
Great hours but requires someone that can push back, someone confident in their ability - a forward thinker and problem solver. Personality is key; client facing, outgoing, someone the wife can build a rapport with, who can tag along with her to the occasional gallery etc.
Experience of working in or dealing with properties in the USA is an advantage.
Fluent German is essential as you will be liaising with the German based Business PA/HR Manager.
