Our long standing client, a leading Telecommunications company in the heart of the West End is seeking a PA to cover 1 year maternity leave to start asap. A wonderful environment to work in offering a hi-spec. and modern work space, collaborative, and supportive team who are respectful of flexible working offering a 3/2 work pattern.
The role will be providing support to 3 managing all diaries and organising travel, and liaising with clients as well as ad-hoc marketing administration and organising events.
Seeking a PA with circa 2-3 years solid experience gained within a similar professional and fast-paced environment to enable you to hit the ground running and ideally to start as soon as possible. Personality fit for the team is essential - polished approach, warm, flexible, with meticulous attention to detail and sound MS Office skills.
