Job Description
Our prestigious finance client, is currently seeking an experienced financial services EA to join their team. A 12 month maternity contract, to start in September allowing a lengthy handover with the current EA, due to leave in October.

A 1:1 role with adhoc, light touch support to 5 additional members, duties will be a heavily focused on classic support with additional business related duties. Supporting a senior partner who works at 100mph, strong character – an extrovert, extremely busy and constantly on the go and requires the experience of an EA having upwardly managed a senior/C suite member previously.

The successful candidate will be incredibly proactive, 10 steps ahead with meticulous attention to detail.

As the role is heavily client facing, professional and polished presentation is essential, someone assertive but in a diplomatic and mature way and someone who will be able to build a rapport.

EA experience at senior level, gained within investment, hedge funds, private equity etc is essential – must ne able to hit the ground running.
