Our prestigious finance client is currently seeking an experienced financial services EA to join their team. This is a 12-month maternity contract starting in September, allowing a lengthy handover with the current EA, who will leave in October.
The role is 1:1 with ad hoc, light-touch support to 5 additional members. Duties will focus heavily on classic EA support, with additional business-related responsibilities. The successful candidate will support a senior partner who works at a fast pace, requiring a strong character—extroverted, highly organized, and experienced in managing senior/C-suite executives.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, anticipate needs, and have meticulous attention to detail.
Since the role is heavily client-facing, professional and polished presentation is essential. The candidate should be assertive yet diplomatic and mature, capable of building rapport easily.
EA experience at a senior level within investment, hedge funds, private equity, or similar sectors is essential—must be able to hit the ground running.
The position initially requires 5 days a week for 3 months, then a hybrid model with 1 day WFH.
