Our client, a highly regarded luxury womenswear brand based in West London, is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support members of their Senior Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, creative fashion business where no two days are the same. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will be the organisational powerhouse behind the scenes - ensuring schedules run seamlessly, priorities stay aligned and the leadership team can focus on driving the brand forward. This role requires a proactive, highly organised EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the trusted right hand to senior stakeholders.

The Role

  • Providing dedicated EA support to three members of the Management Team
  • Managing complex and ever-changing diaries
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel including flights, hotels and transfers
  • Preparing for meetings and assisting with presentations and documentation
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Management Team queries and requests
  • Organising meeting rooms, catering and internal meeting logistics
  • Maintaining accurate records of receipts and expenses where required
  • Liaising with the Production Director regarding production calendars and timelines
  • Supporting key product meeting weeks and coordinating associated logistics
  • Working closely with the PA to the Founder and collaborating with the wider EA team
  • Providing ad hoc support across the wider Management Team when required
  • Supporting other support staff during periods of absence

About you

  • Proven experience as a Team EA supporting two or more senior stakeholders
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and complex, changing schedules
  • Professional, discreet and trustworthy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm, adaptable and able to work effectively under pressure
  • Emotionally intelligent with sound judgement and maturity
  • Resourceful with the ability to use initiative and problem-solve independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Positive, proactive and solutions-focused approach
