They are seeking a professional and conscientious receptionist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support daily office administration.

Responsibilities:
\\n\\n
Reception & Front Desk: Meeting and greeting guests, handling the switchboard and fielding calls, managing general enquiries.
\\n\\n
Greeting and assisting guests and visiting staff with workspace arrangements and general office needs.
\\n\\n
Simple secretarial work as and when required such as assisting senior staff.
\\n\\n
Meeting Room Co-ordination: Organizing and preparing meeting rooms, arranging and setting up refreshments and anticipating visits from Principals and executives, clients and employees and making necessary arrangements in advance.
\\n\\n
Office Administration: Ordering supplies, maintaining a well-organized office environment, and acting as the first point of contact for general administrative queries, recycling and office cleaning services.

Mail & Deliveries: Handling post, correspondence, deliveries and courier bookings.
\\n\\n
Administrative Support: Ad-hoc team-wide administrative tasks.
\\n\\n
