This Energy Company is looking for a brilliant all-rounder to look after this small office based in Charing Cross.
Basic administrative support and facility management at the small Head Office.
General duties:
- Oversee admin duties
- Manage and mentor admin staff
- Ensure compliance with H&S requirements
- Monitor budgets, supplier contracts and procurement of office materials and equipment
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes
- Establish and maintain formal and informal relationships
- Diary travel arrangements for London team
- Reconcile company credit card
- Work with finance and procurement team
- Arrange internal and external meetings including room bookings, technology, refreshments and meeting and greeting guests
- Ad hoc tasks
This is a 12 month maternity cover and requires an immediate start.
Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 working from home.
