This family-based office, which also owns a number of financial companies around the world, requires a Travel Coordinator. This role can be worked remotely.
You will be dealing with chartered flights and private jets, as well as booking as much as possible on points. The travel will be for the four family members, plus potentially staff and friends when necessary. The volume of flights will be high, approximately 150 flights per year, plus transfers, hotels, etc.
You must have organised travel at a high volume level, preferably for a family or private office. The family is friendly and philanthropic.
