About the Role:
This is a pivotal position providing seamless support to a small team of high-performing individuals. You will be responsible for complex diary management, international travel coordination, preparing board-level documents, and acting as a key liaison between London and Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level PA support to senior executives and partners
- Manage multiple complex diaries across time zones
- Organise international travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Act as the main point of contact for the Italian-speaking clients
