Seeking a polished and proactive Team Executive Assistant to join a small prestigious Private Family Office based in the heart of Mayfair. A leading family-backed investment firm supporting their International Private Equity team.

The Role: This is a newly created role, offering variety and autonomy for a high-calibre EA with a hands-on, collaborative approach. You will provide dedicated support to the Head of International Private Equity and their team of four (Analyst to Senior Associate).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full EA support to the Head of International PE: complex diary and travel management, meeting coordination, document preparation
  • Team admin support for four team members: expenses, meeting logistics, diary coordination
  • General office support and upkeep for the Private Equity floor, liaising with suppliers and ensuring a well-managed space
  • Ordering stationery and team lunches
  • Hosting guests and clients, acting as a professional and warm ambassador for the team

About You: We are looking for an experienced and adaptable finance-based EA who thrives in a varied support role and brings a strong sense of professionalism to everything they do.

  • Fluent Turkish speaker
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting at senior level within Private Equity, Family Office, Financial Services, or Consulting
