The Role

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a polished and professional manner
  • Managing the front-of-house and reception area to an exceptional standard
  • Handling incoming calls and directing queries efficiently
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring spaces are prepared for visitors
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office
