Team Assistant with a financial services background required for a boutique Mayfair Private Equity company! As a Team Assistant, you will be supporting a team of Principals and Investment Executives. The role will be heavily based on international travel arrangements, diary management, and expenses management for the team.
Working in Mayfair as a Team Assistant, you will provide full administrative support to the investment team, assist with PowerPoint presentations, and set up video conferencing calls. The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of years of team assistant experience within financial services and enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment.
Working in the office 5 days a week, your hours will be 9 AM to 6 PM. The company offers excellent benefits including 32 days holiday and a very generous bonus.
