Job Description
A prestigious sports club based in West London is seeking a Membership Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be very client facing.
\\n\\n
Duties will include database management, processing all new membership applications. You will also assist in arranging interviews for prospective Members, you will also administer membership waiting lists and help the Membership co-ordinator prepare and send membership letters to existing members.
\\n\\n
You will also help with the administration of the annual renewal process of all memberships as well as scan file membership applications as well as taking minutes for the Membership Committee meetings. Duties will also include attending sports club meetings.
\\n\\n
You will also help with raising of company invoices, assist wtih subscription payments and support the Communications and Membership Manager with internal membership communications.

An interest in sport is desirable and excellent communication skills both written and spoken are required,
