We are currently looking for a Team Assistant to join a boutique corporate firm based in the West End. This company offers a positive working environment with full training. The position is paying up to 40k and offers hybrid working. They will be supporting a small team of 10 people and are open on background. This role will start end of June for a 9-12 month period.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company-wide diaries and calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritisation
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including Board and Committee meetings
  • Prepare and distribute Board packs and maintain updates via Board Intelligence system
  • Organise monthly team meetings
  • Greet external guests, coordinate meeting arrivals, and ensure all visitors are properly logged with building reception in line with security procedures
  • Support document management, including updates and electronic signatures
  • Handle adhoc administrative requests from across the team
  • Manage the company’s central inbox, responding to enquiries and directing communications appropriately, including CVs and job applications
  • Oversee the company switchboard, ensuring professional and timely call handling
  • Coordinate company events, including team meetings, offsites and social functions
  • Arrange training sessions and support staff development logistics where required
