Up and Coming EA with 32 days holiday a year

We are currently looking for an Up and Coming EA to join a Finance firm in the West End. This is working in the office 9-6 and is paying 35-40k. Applicants must have relevant EA experience in Finance.

The Role

1. Diary management, extensive booking of meetings
2. Managing the logistics of moving agendas, arrangement of travel and accommodation
3. Arrange and prepare for meetings
4. Provide full administrative support
5. Process invoices
6. Help with event planning
