Fantastic opportunity to work as a Team Assistant in Private Equity within the Energy sector!

This is a maternity cover role starting mid June for a period of up to 12 months. Reporting into a Senior EA you will be responsible for international travel arrangements mainly to the US and Africa. Prior experience organising international travel is essential for the role as well as visa applications. There would also be an occasional requirement to check in candidates at weekends and prepare Board packs.

You will also assist with office management including office maintenance, liaising with suppliers and managing relationships with external service providers.

At least two years corporate experience managing a team of Executives is essential for the role. You will be a friendly team player with confidence and emotional intelligence to work in this busy, fast-paced environment.
