Fantastic opportunity to work as a Team Assistant in Private Equity within the Energy sector! This is a maternity cover role starting mid June for a period of up to 12 months. Reporting into a Senior EA, you will be responsible for complex international travel arrangements mainly to the US and Africa. Prior experience organising complex international travel is essential for the role as well as international visa applications.

There would also be an occasional requirement to check in flights and liaise with Executives at weekends for Board pack preparation. You will also assist the EA with office administration, including office maintenance, liaising with suppliers, and managing relationships with external service providers.

You will have at least one year's corporate team administration experience and will manage a team of C-Suite Executives. You will be a friendly team player, confident, with emotional intelligence and enjoy working in a fast‑paced international environment.
