We are working with a highly regarded boutique financial services firm based in the West End, who are seeking an exceptional Senior EA & Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a senior, high-impact role supporting at C-suite level while also taking ownership of core operational functions. The successful candidate will be highly proactive, commercially minded, and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing senior-level EA support to key stakeholders (complex diary management, inbox management, travel, meetings, and board support)
- Acting as a trusted right hand, anticipating needs and driving efficiency
- Overseeing day-to-day office and business operations
- Improving processes and systems to support business growth
- Acting as a central point of coordination across teams and external partners

Requirements
