We are currently looking for an EA to CEO to join a large Finance company based in the West End. This role is working 9-5 with some out of hours and will pay up to 65k. This role offers one day a week work from home.

This company offers a positive working environment with plenty of team socials and 27 days holiday a year as well as pension contributions. This company is well established having been running for over two decades and is a market leader. The right applicant will have C-suite senior EA experience in a corporate setting.

The role

  • Extensive and proactive diary management.
  • Supporting the ExCo, ensuring effective coordination and organisation of activities.
  • Minute taking at weekly ExCo and monthly Senior Management Team meetings, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • ExCo strategy sessions/away days: organisation and logistics.
  • Coordinate ad hoc projects, maintaining organisation and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with head-hunters as necessary and coordinate with ExCo/senior staff, maintaining professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate appraisals by CEO of fund managers & ExCo members.
  • Co-ordinate the bi-annual results roadshow involving CEO, CFO, brokers, investors etc.
  • Arrange and manage international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics.
