An international asset management firm is seeking a very proactive and driven individual who will support the Head of Legal and Office Manager in their Central London office. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable with an approach that gets things done.
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Liaising with the board in preparation for senior meetings in the company
- Keeping up with a range of responsibilities and having the initiative to pick up duties wherever needed
- Managing multiple diaries, planning company events and organising and preparing travel itineraries
- Setting up boardrooms, contacting contractors and maintaining a tidy and well-kept office to the highest standard
