Executive Assistant and Private PA required to support a Director and Managing Partner of a leading boutique Private Equity firm.
This is a unique role in the fact that it combines both Business and Personal EA duties and does require being on call 24/7 although sensible hours are normally maintained. The role is 5 days office based 9-6pm.
This position requires extensive, complex international travel coordination, diary management as well as managing the personal affairs of both Directors. You must also be happy to cover Reception too as well when required. An element of office management is also needed on occasion to ensure the smooth running of the office.
The ideal candidate will have 10 years plus EA experience at Director level within a financial services setting ideally in private equity and possess exceptional organisational and time-management skills with advanced MS office skills.
